  2. As I posted last year, surely someone here in the Club has the machining skills to build a spindle pin puller,as per the article on the zhome site, donate it to the Club, then hire it out to who ever needs it & the Club gets some revenue. Just a thought!!!

  8. G,day... Have got to go to a wedding in Murrumbateman this Sat 11th October & thought I might give the Zed a run. Will be a bit expensive for fuel compared to the Subaru, but what the heck, also will be on the lookout for some of you Canberra Zeds. Wedding is at Redbrow Gardens Ninima road & staying not too far away...Jim
  9. Just an idea. I am sure we have some members on here that could use their machining skills to make a spindle pin puller & that the Club or member could pay for the materials then donate the pin puller to the Club. The pin could then be hired out to any member needing it for a small cost plus postage & the Club could raise some revenue. There is a write up of materials & how to make the puller on Zhome.com . Go to Index of Tech Articles, then Tech Posts & Articles, then Special Tools for First Generation Z,s then how to make a spindle pin removal tool. Just a thought...

  24. G,day Fella's, Another option would be ome up the Princess Highway to Bairnsdale the to Bruthen turn left up The Great Alpine Road through Ensay,Swifts Creek to Omeo for an overnight stay.Next day (sore head?) Omeo to Dinner Plain & Mt Hotham then down the Mountain to Harrietville & Bright then over to Myrtleford & onto the Hume Freeway or follow the old Hume to Melbourne through Seymour, Kilmore,Wallan ect. A comfortable 2 day cruise with plenty of winding roads to choose, also plenty of small towns to stop for coffee or the odd winery. I might be able to do a deal on accommodation in Omeo for the Saturday Night also Just a thought Jim
