Always Tuned by CnJ in Brisbane and Dynoed at 160HP at the rears. Considering the prices of Zeds out there at the moment I'm not sure what i should be asking, but going by car sales mine is easily the nicest in QLD so 16k would be a starting point (considering there are 2+2's for 14k!). Will negotiate as I'm not in any hurry.

Still for sale, guy who was gonna buy it, had me do all the RWC and everything INCLUDING going back to the painters to fix shit he didn't like called and said hes working interstate for another 2 months and wont be able to buy it before then.

Ill drop the price to a NEG

Posted

thats a bargain considering the condition of the car alone and not even looking at the other goodies.

dont think you should drop the price if you got time to wait. the right person will come to buy it. just need patience. i know its easy to say and lot harder to do expecialy when you need the money for something else.

All the best for the sale who ever buys it will have a nice car.

one of my mates sold a 240 for a price i thought was way over. but he ended up selling it for the price he was after. so dont hurry it is a nice car and the right person will come just may take some time.

look at it on the bright side with time delay. if it stays in  good cond the price of these things will only go up and not down.

I'm with rbz 260.  Considering the prices they've been going for lately I'd say that's quite reasonable.  Especially when you compare it to a couple of carsales ads people have posted up lately!

Looks like a very nice car anyway, good luck with the sale  :)

Remembering that the price people are asking on sites such as Carsales and Tradingpost.com are not always indicative of market value, these are the prices people are asking for there cars, not what they are actually sell them for.

In saying that, I think this car is definitely good value at this price

good luck with the sale.

top car....start off at $17500 and accept $16000.

geeez you young fellas need a lesson in advertising !!

dont be afraid to ask for more, let your car set the market.

Its a trade off between money and how long it sits around.  Sure at 17k in 6 months someone may buy it, but id rather not have it sitting in the garage for a few months and sell if for a few k cheaper.

But if you wanna offer 17k you have a deal.

Forgot to add

-Front Hilux Calipers

-Electronic Ignition (hence it was using an Autometer tacho, thats gone now though due to RWC)

-280z Air Blower Motor (moves much more air than a 260 and has inputs for the A/C)

Plenty of calls and lots of "I'll have a think about it for a day or so" but no deposit taken as yet  :P

Don't say sold till the deposit is in your hand. Till then keep people looking at it. First in with the money wins in my book. As you now know it aint sold till the cash is in the bank.

oh i wont be turning anyone away, if anything it shows people if they want it not to sit around and um and ah about it, feel free to bid  :)
