Hey guys,

so I've been looking around for a new diff mount as I get a massive bang every time I bring the clutch out too quickly. I can't find any listings anywhere, ebay USA has a diff mount insulator and supercheap has no listing for it whatsoever.

What do?

Reviving an old one here. I'm refreshing my diff at the moment. Does anyone have a source for NEW R180 rear diff mounts/bushes? I've only come across R200 ones and looking at non-Z R200s, I'm fairly sure that they wont fit.

Cheers,

Jamie

I know i have a R200 one.

Could possobly file the rear of diff stid mount holes in a bit, to make fit.

Other option is to get the original bush re-rubbered.

We have a shop here in Brisbane that can do this.

You'd need to send it up, and wait till its done.

Other option, press stock bush out, machine up some 90 durometer Urethane bar , measure the length of inner bush tube, make up same, and using large doam washers or machined spacer rings, for correct crush and location, if cant buy new from Nissan.

Try Motorsport Auto n USA?

Ah, just checked MS Auto, $130 USD, but now no longer available.

Gonna have to get it re-rubbered!

He said "rear" assume it is the back of diff to the single vertical pin from underside of floorpan.

This is correct, thanks anyway, Roberto.

Thanks for the help, Jase. We jokingly said the other day that we'd have to go to Clark Rubber and make one...

I'm a thinking only difference is the width of the stud spacing on rear diff cover plate.

OP needs a R180, the above is R200

Have a scrounge around for a R200 one from local wreckers, or someone on here wrecking, and just file the two holes inwards to make a R200 one fit your R180 diff

Easier and cheaper!

Shop name and details please. I need some things done.

thay wont do "one off single item" jobs, minimum of 10 items for them to make it worth their while to do a batch of liquid compound for s.

I have here some 6-7 various diff, trans and engine mounts, welcome to add your into the pile to get done.

Other option is to turn it into a solid mount, i can do this

Last time I had it done was around $60-70 per item, depending on complexity.

Diff and trans mounts for 240-260 require a sort of "wall" to keep compound in while it sets.
