Hey guys

I have now got the RB25 installation sorted, and as I have pulled the whole driveline out now to do the build up before final reinstallation, I've decided to flick the car up on its side and redo the underside. Now, I can go out and buy a rotisserie for the job, but as I won't be using it again any time soon, I'm interested to know if anyone has one in the Melbourne region that they aren't using and want to rent out for a few weeks??

Cheers, Jamo

Hey Kato

Thanks very much. When will it be free? I reckon I would be ready to use it in about 2 weeks time, so if it is free by then, I will give you a shout to arrange pickup.

Cheers

Ready now.

Give me a best guess as to when I can have it back though as I will need it in  a month or so if everything goes well.

im making 2 now, one for my zeds and the other for my mates panel van,

in materials alone, about 400 for mine and 500 or so for the panel van one.

this is at a heftilly dicounted price on new steel of course,

has full adjustability up down and rotation locks of 5 degrees, but i laser cut the fidly bits and other profiles req'd

i got 2 zeds to to in hopefully quick sucession, then pack it up and store.

however i have had some catalogue put on my desk yesterday with a full blown off the shel one for 1800$

inc hyd rams for lifting, although the Z is very light and 1 person can easily lift each end.

i should scan this add, and post aswell as some pics of mine thus far.

Mossy listed this in response to a previous recent discussion

The seller has a good track record and I found him really easy to deal with - everything as promised and his freight costs were extremely reasonable. He has sold five during the last listing so he probably has a good recipe for success. I reckon $850 was a great price, particularly given the cost of raw materials and the time and skill required to make your own.

Whittie has his Zed parked on it at the moment and should be able to provide you with a better opinion on exactly how well it works.
