MaygZ Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 G'day ZAZ, what my inarticulate friend, scoota, is attempting to highlight to you is that we at AusZcar are a community. We prefer that people join and introduce themselves (In the Introduction section) before they try to buy or sell anything. It's not compulsory, but it is preferred. It helps us, as members, feel that we have more than a trading post here but instead more of a club of like minded people. If you have a genuine interest in Zeds and wish to share or develop you (or our) knowledge of the marque, please post an introduction. If not, and you are selling your car to move onto something else, try eBay!! Regards MaygZ Quote
luvemfast Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 Can remember this car by the number plates, coming up before. In Hamilton from memory. Very neat and tidy car, has a candy paint job and headlight covers.......... I think. It seems the the owner creates a new account each time he comes to the site, Gav can probably verify this? Nice guy. Comes and gets on the site but doesn't include himself in the "community" Quote
stevo_gj Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Guys please don't discourage people from selling their cars here. Scoota I've deleted your post. Why would someone who wants to sell their z join our community? There isn't any real reason beyond selling their car. On the other hand we definitely want them to post their cars here first to give our members first pick. In situations like this I can't see a problem with them simply posting their car for sale ad (even using the correct template)and not introducing themselves. Quote
luvemfast Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 I agree Stevo, I was just making the point that is sounds familiar, due to it not really being his first post. I forget the guys name, but he's not interested in tyre kickers, after a real sale. Was a top car from memory Quote
DatPilot Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 I have spoken with the owner a few times about 3 years ago, he also has a 2 door 280z fairlady that he was trying to sell. Only problem with all the good gear he tries to sell is its out in the boonies... Quote
