240zoom Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Hi guys Has anyone noticed the price of Z cars in Japan lately? I was going thru the Japanese Yahoo auctions and saw Fairlady's going for prices up to 40K to 50K plus! Although looking nice and original they didn't look stunning or anything like that. Maybe they are getting rarer up there. We should start fixing and exporting them Quote
NZeder Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 They have always fetched a good price in Japan - your car was a good buy for the price. But you are correct they are on the increase. I did spot a one owner genuine Fairlady Z432 for sale not that long ago for $200,000 but it had only done around 75,000km and looked new still. Quote

Orphan Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 Lol at least you know that if you need to sell and you can't get a buyer in aus that you can sell it in japan for more than it has cost you to restore. Quote
