Rota RB-R's 17x8.5 x 4! SOLD

As above, SOLD four of the Rb-R's I bought off Otomoto (Benzed) just a couple of months ago and need to down grade to 15" ones. Wheels are still in boxes and never had a tyre fitted. Only one box was opened to have a peek! All four are the 17x8.5" with the +4 offset and I can supply new wheel nuts. I think Ben is out of stock of this size for the moment so here's one chance! I've been doing a bit of research into if these will fit on a standard early 240z, and so far found that they will require spacers on the front and maybe even the rear as well?

 

Can you confirm if they are a direct fit or not?

I wouldn't mind the two tyres. Do they have tread? What %. Are they road worthy? I don't need the slicks though.

You might want to bring the rims along to the Jag Club meeting 12/5/09. Someone might be interested mate. Put them on show. Should be 25-30 Zed people there.

When I did have suspension fitted on my zed, I trial fitted a wheel to see if they cleared my rotors and they did without any problems. Sinisha, (Redrbzed) has bought the same set and has fitted them to his 240 without spacers but due to the large tyres his running (235-45x17) he has some clearance issues on the guards. If you run 225/215 it should be fine. When the wheels arrived at my work initially, I had a spare 260Z standard strut at work and I fitted the wheel to it. It cleared the stock spring and perch by about 8mm. At worst, you may have to lip your guards.

 

Craig, those two Yokohama's are long gone... Sulio picked them up a while ago..I can mention it at the meeting; don't want to haul these wheels around hoping someone has a spare $1000 in their pocket.

Man do they stick, I dropped off my conti's same size and grabbed the semi's. Got some semi slick FAlkens on the rear. Very happy, no going back to normal rubber now!
