I'm selling as I have spread myself too thin between 4 cars, I have decided to concentrate on the Typhoon engine build and GT replica resto so the Z as well as a the XW ute are going.

 

They are both on ebay as of last night, the Z has a reserve of $16500 which I will reveal to members if any are interested, I am negotiable but not by much.

Just changed it to a no reserve sale, one bid could buy, also added the pic of the new gear knob and boot cover, now matches the steering wheel.

Hope you don't regret selling the zed! Been there twice! I know it's going to cost more but offering a RWC for Victorian bidders might help you sell it quicker. Some people will be a bit funny spending 16K with no roadworthy. The public want a "drive way no more to pay" thing. Make it as easy as possible. Just my 2C worth...good luck and be carefull with the tyre kickers...

Life goes on, there will be others, as for rwc people pay more for cars with club reg which isn't transferable so same thing really, as for tyre kickers as long as they put down a deposit first they can kick em all day if there shoes last.

I've lowered the start bid as well as made it a NO RESERVE auction, currently 63 people watching the auction.

 

If it doesn't go here I have already spoken to Shannons who say they would be happy to put it in there Grand Prix auction with a reserve where I had my original "Buy Now" figure of $18,500.

I was just wondering if anyone is interested in my factory 260 wheels, if someone wants them I won't sell them with the car, they have excellent near new tyres so would like around $150ono per wheel.

I would just keep them than give them away with the car, as it is already hard enough to re-coupe $$ spent on the car. If you advertise them here im sure someone would pick them at over the next six months.

Nope no bids, but the ute did sell so that means the Z will stay a little longer, I've now got to decide whether or not I want to put it in the Shannons Grand Prix auction, they have already shown interest during a phone convo last week. The only thing with Shannons is the fees would be over $3K so I'd need to set a reserve that left me with what I wanted in case it ended at reserve or just over.
