Moderators Zedman240® Posted November 26, 2008 Moderators Posted November 26, 2008 Just posted up a video on youtube from the last MSCA run at Calder this month. First run with the RB25DE with no problems! I suprised myself (except for a lose on the first righthander in the morning on a greasy track...some scrapes underneath). If anyone was thinking of doing any club events, this is what you normally see... Quote
reverendzed Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 Well done Dimitri, that looked awesome. I've never been on a track but if I can get the car right, I'd love to give it a go! rev. Quote
luvemfast Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 if I can get the car right, I'd love to give it a go! rev. Don't wait, just do it! You will find out what you really need to do to your car once taken to the track! Plus, its lots of fun.. Quote
C.A.R. Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 +1 Nothing like cutting loose on a track...! Jeeze Dimitri! Getting passed by a 1600... Not good! Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted November 27, 2008 Author Moderators Posted November 27, 2008 Well almost all the 1600's there on that day were all SR20DET equiped; you can hear the induction noise then the "pshhhht" from the bov's when they passed me! And that RX7 sounded very mean...peripheral ported etc... Quote
620Z Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 Well done Dimitri. what time did you get? Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted November 27, 2008 Author Moderators Posted November 27, 2008 I think I got down to a 1:16ish. Need to get around 1:10ish to be happy. Tyres I think are just too old. Going on 5 years so when funds allow I'll get some Toyo's R888 and see what happens! Quote
