Which sway bar???

My 260Z is a Janurary 75 model and i had a peek on evilbay at two different types. The pre 75 one has the a more curved shape towards the A arm mounts and the later one has a square type shape??? Here's the thing, mine seems to be the earlier one even though it's a 75. I know that manafacturing can pass on the parts from the previous year until stock runs out but i was wondering if anyone knows the difference?

Thought I'd ressurect this thread mainly as I want to look into sway bar options, so the question is what sway bar are you using if you have replaced yours with a stiffer unit and what did it cost?? Also what options are out their??

im getting sway bar from whiteline gonna cost $240 guess thats cheaper than the one i found in japan made by cusco.. our dollar is nothing compared to the yen so whiteline should do the job.. some of my mates use it on their skylines and silvias and they said its really good works the same and havent had any problems

A little off topic, but suggest steering clear of whiteline control springs for any road car - a mate put them in his MR2, and you could have got a better ride leaving the springs out completely and just riding on the bumpstops.  He ended up pulling them out and going back to standard, handled much better.  Their ones for Zeds may be better, but I'd make sure you get them somewhere which will let you return them if they aren't!

 

Don't know about the swaybars though - suck it and see?
