Thermo Fan on Carburetor L28

Hey Guys Quick question 

Im curreltly in the process of getting my L28 rebuilt and I was going to put OER carburetors when finished.

So at the moment I have a aluminium twin thermo fan setup and I wanted to know if there is a computer to manage the cooling of the radiator instead of going injected OER and having a full engine management system. 

I tried looking on the net but all im getting is info on the thermo fans themselves. And I really dont want to deal with a dodgy fan switch as I had one before and it did nothing.

That's what I'm using. Works very well, fully adjustable and staged cut in.

Temp sensor works as well as any sensor that is plumbed into the coolant.

Looks good, pricing isn’t too bad either. I like the idea of adjustment in your on/off temps. 

Do you have to put any heat transfer paste on it when running it in the radiator fins?

What setpoints you running, 88 on- 80 off?

Anyone seen the additional olive setup for mounting in a threaded bung?

I will give this unit a go as I hate my cars overheating, especially in summer nights. But I dont want to spend the money on a EMS

No paste required Gareth. 

I run on 85 off 80 which is a bit of overkill, will probably bump it up to on 90 off 85
