Yea, according to Brent who sold that 240z on eBay... its also a Chevy Orange.

 

I'm guessing it would be some paint with high heat resistance? Otherwise wouldn't it just crack?

Take it to any paint shop with a colour matching facility - most have them and get them to analyse it on their colour spectrometer.

I'd have to take care with the spectrometer machines...

 

we all know a certain member with a certain ninja turtle car... as a result of the wrong diagnoses of colour.

 

But i guess check it with a few places to clear it up.

I remember Rob at the Z Factory used to use a industrial enamel paint that is so close its scary....dont remember the code or manufacturer...
