EJ101 Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 now Masters are supposed to be closing down, but it seems to be taking a long time. i was in there the other day looking for bargains in the tool section when I saw Stahlwille ring spanners. My first reaction was WTF. Unfortunately they didn't look like they were on special, so I'll wait until their final days and maybe get some German made ring spanners. They only have the combination ring and open ender Stahlwille. Other stores may have different. Quote

I too found this quite amusing when I first noticed it. They will go quickly if they get discounted. Although knowing what I do about supply chain management it's possible they may not get discounted rather returned to supplier. Jeff Quote
EJ101 Posted September 5, 2016 Author Posted September 5, 2016 (edited) couldn't help myself. I went to Masters on Saturday as they are in the final stages of closing down. went to the tool section and the Stahlwille spanners were all but gone. There were a few left and were about 10% off, so I grabbed a few. They feel nice in the hand. Needless to say they went straight to the pool room! Edited September 5, 2016 by EJ101 Quote
Cozza Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 Why to the pool room? Did you need to adjust the pool table legs or something? Quote
AndBir Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 Why to the pool room? Did you need to adjust the pool table legs or something? From the film "The Castle", a phrase used when a treasured item was received and would be put on display in the pool room. See : http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118826/quotes Quote
