zzzzed Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 (edited) Ok seeing I am now going in a different direction with this car I thought I would start a new thred. The reson for the change is I have given up racing before I go bankrupt ? I don't realy want to get rid of my car so instead I am going to turn it back in to a road car. Here is a reference photo as it sits now. Plans full repay with a colour change. (It's a secret at this stage) The engine will be a tripe carbed l series with an rb20 gear box. The car already has a long nose r200 with a s13 Silvia lsd centre. It's keeping the coil overs ,willwood brakes, and adjustable control arms. I will be removing the front section of the roll cage and keeping the half cage. The car has no rust so body work shouldn't take to long however the chassis rails are squashed so I will be replacing them with Natto specials. And the mikunis I could not pass up. I just need an engine worthy of them. I am convfident this will be my best build yet I am a little bit excited. ? Edited August 29, 2015 by zzzzed Quote

zzzzed Posted August 30, 2015 Author Posted August 30, 2015 Plan on selling the rb setup mate?? Plan on selling the rb setup mate?? Plan has already been executed mate. It sold within a week sorry mate Quote
blu260z Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 Why didnt you keep the RB setup mate. ? Any reason ? Quote
zzzzed Posted September 2, 2015 Author Posted September 2, 2015 A couple of reasons. That much power will only get me in to trouble on the road and I could not be bothered having it engineered. A good L series will produce all the power you could possibly need/use for the road and I think a trippled L is just slightly old school cooler. Quote
blu260z Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 All good points mate. Couldnt agree more with you. Quote
