Hi all,

Due to a bunch of 'bad stuff' this year I am having to give up on my idea of spending time finishing my 260z project.

However I am in the fortunate position of being able to shop for a 'completed' car which I can tinker with. I have been looking at a few cars, but thought I would try a general call out...

Necessities:

- 260z 2+2

- running and roadworthy (or VERY close to it)

- must have panel and paint work already done

- reasonable interior

Ideally:

- matching numbers engine

- south eastern Australia (I am in Canberra)

I am shopping in the $10K to $18K range - yes I know that is broad but I am open to a wide range of vehicles, from the 'mostly sorted' to 'completely sorted'.

Appreciate any information by PM.

Cheers, Ross

Hi Ross

Woth a sensible budget like that you will do well.

There have been a couple of very nice 2+2's on carsales recently.

Good luck with the search

Cheers

Not one response remarkably... it really does say how rare these cars are becoming. Not a single 260z on eBay at the moment either.... amazing really.

Are you offering to sell Peter?? Yours is even the colour I want....

Sorry mate I would need a lot more to sell mine even though its a 2+2. The wife has all the receipts and keeps adding them up. My mistake when I asked her to keep a file on expenses for the Z. She even adds on the petrol. LOL. 8)
