Probably take responses like these guys with a grain of salt. The saying "it never hurt to ask" is nearly old testament now (much like a lot of these guys and their dusty Zeds on jack stands) Hang tough young soldier as someone may reply to your ad but i would think if someone is going to spend bigger $$$ on the better gear they will list it up and it will go like hotcakes. It's a question of right place right time to pick up high dollar gear at a bargain price.

Keep trying but.

Not sure if you had looked into costs from him and what your budget was but he offers 2 types, costing either $430 or $990 :)

The cheaper one is very similar to this one on ebay, although cheaper ones do pop up for sale on gumtree etc so you know what style to look for!

Thanks,

I didn't know there are 2 types, I spoke to Stewart and he talked abt the $990 and $300 for coatings.

I inquired late last year about his headers and this was the blurb he sent me:

I am able to supply two types,  only one will  fit with  SU’s.

This one has been used for years and with a 2 ¼” will improve the performance, it’s cost is $430.

If you plan to fit Webers, I have a competition type which works very well as a road extractor, improving the midrange power as well as top end.

This will not fit with SU’s, it has a bolt on secondary section and will outperform the above. It’s cost is $990.

At the time ceramic coating was $380, so he must have dropped his price. If you are going to spend the money, no doubt the more expensive option would be well worth the extra money (plus they look sexy as!). Of course you need triples for these though!
