Current lap record holder in class at all three Qld tracks, and 0.3 sec, off Winton Long track record, Group S Historic cars. Fully restored bare metal rust free S30 body, built up to 280Z right hand drive spec.

Car runs regularly in 1/3 of grids, against $200,000 + others.

Best Bang for Buck Group S car currently available.

F54 block, bored 1.5, knifed crank, long forged rods, short skirt forged pistons, BHJ balancer, steel fltwheel, button 1350kg clamp clutch,  with fresh ( 2 hours use) Les Collins Racing $5500 re-build P90 Head.

SWR 6-1 extractors, intake mani extensively worked, internal bore to throttle body increased.

Very strong engine to 7800 rpm

Close ratio box, new 3" tailshaft, R200 LSD diff with full complement clutch plates.

Bilstein shocks, lowered wedged struts.

Comes with many spares, two sets of rims/tyres .

To build up another, a spend in excess of $65,000 would be required, as some here can verify, but most likely will be too scared to admit to!

Easy convert to Tarmac/Classic rally, and as a Group S build spec car, it slots straight into Standard/Unmodified Classic class.

Can supply quality tandem axle teailer.

This is a ready to race package, and could see you on front row of a grid, and has done, plenty times.

$45,000

I have had to retire from racing, and this baby is just sitting here and needs a new owner, who aspires to moving upwards from the Sprints/Lapdash ranks, and into the gentlemanly world of full on flag to flag racing, that Historic Group S provides, all around Australia, and New Zealand!

Can be road registered ( requires quieter exhaust) or run on Unreg Permit, or Club Reg.

I do have another ready to assemble motor, same internals, but it utilises a N42 head, that has not had the LCR treatment, but was done here local.

Complete incl BHJ Bal, steel fly and the clutch, winged bigger cap sump.

All brand new, machined and ready to inspect /assemble.

It'd be a hoot of a thing with triple 48's or 50's, and a set of 6-1's

Both engines have had 14 kilograms removed from rotating/reciprocating mass, the tacho needle moves up/down very quickly.

Can sell with car, at additional, or will sell this spare engine.

Yes, running Lakeside last weekend, and 2 full seconds off, and struggling to do what is needed, along with having relinquished my CAMS Circuit licence, some time back, no point me keeping toys I cant use.
