zzzzed Posted March 29, 2014 Posted March 29, 2014 I am trying to nut out the wiring for the fuel pump. So far I have the whole I tire loom from the r33 from front to back. Once I get it running then I will chop out what I don't need. The final pice to my puzzle is the fuel pump circuit. I know on the ecu the fuel pump rely wire is #18 (black/pink) And the fuel pump module is #104. (Orange) Problem is the moduel it's self is missing. Will this stop the fuel pump relay working? Can I bypass it and if so, do I use the black/pink wire or the orange wire to trigger the relay? Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted March 30, 2014 Moderators Posted March 30, 2014 Can you use the ECU relay output wired directly to an aftermarket standard relay? (number 85 then 86 to ground. Pin 30 to 12V in and 87 to fuel pump itself.) Quote
rb240 Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 I'm sure you've already figured this out by now, but the ECU grounds pin 18 to switch on the pump. The other side of the relay coil needs to be connected to 12V. Quote
zzzzed Posted May 20, 2014 Author Posted May 20, 2014 Yeh thanx mate. I worked it out already. I was thinking the triger wire was positive. Quote
