Hi Guys,

I'm after the front rod from the handbrake for a 240z.

I believe the one which i have is from a 260z, which seems to be longer.

If anyone's got one, please let me know.

Thanks

Sam

You may have a 2+2 one. Perhaps measure it and i can tell you what it came from.

Just measured it... its about 57cm tip to tip.

I'm sure that this would be from a 2+2....

Hi Alan,

Is the front rod you have shorter than 57cm and from a two seater?

If so, I'm deffinately interested.

G'day Sam, the rod I have is from a 2 seater, if it's the rod that extends from h/brake actuating lever that has a adjustment block

on the end measuring 26 cntmtrs in total lngth ,also there is a rod which screws into this for adjustment purposes which is

15 cntmtrs in lngth.Overall msrmnt is 40 cntmtrs when put together with the width of rod being aprox 5 ml in dmtr. Your in luck.

Cost will be pstge plus donation to Forum site

                                                                          Regards: Alan.

Yes thanks Peter, but it was all around our place & had me pretty worried. Kept my Zed covered with wet woolen

blankets to keep her from harm. Don't know how many hrs I spent on the roof with hoses at the ready for embers.

                                                                  Regards: Alan
