    From the pics it looks like the skin is rusted yeah, the one I have already is similar, however mine had rust in the bottom of the shell as well. Is your door shell rust free?

    For reference would you be able to let me know the approximate value of the steering wheel even though already sold? Keen to know what I'm looking at as opposed to an aftermarket.

    Yeah just checked out the performance challengers, look good. A lot of them seem to be in black. Wonder if the Bathurst/Daytona would suit the black treatment. Might be easier than the polish job.

    What do we think of 70's bathurst globe rims on a zed? I have them (came in my car 15 years ago). Unsure about them being a Ford wheel? But have seen them on zeds occasionally. Any opinions?

    Will be glued to this thread if you try it! Pardon the pun. Have you seen the eBay leather covers you glue on? Look good if you don't mind the exposed stitching.

    What's the damage at dash doctor these days? Think I'm going to go a cheap route... Big, fibreglass and then get it flocked... I saw a very nice suede skinned dash at classic japan, have seen them on sale on eBay but they appear to be lhd... At least the one in the picture is. Yours looks perfect now.
