I saw this one on eBay and thought a good clean up and it would make for a good wheeler dealers sale. Goo lick with it and make sure you hit it hard with the gurni gun.

Will a 1600 starter (or any 4 cylinder L series) fit up? There are a few on eBay and they look the same as the 260s

Thanks mate, unfortunately I had already pulled the starter out and tested it. Sure enough it did not spin. But te clicking noise was there. I am worried that I should have checked the rolling of the car in gear first as that may have unjammed something. Is it worth having a starter rebuilt or buy a secondhand/new one? I did try giving the thing a bang with a hammer, I had that problem in an old gemini

Evening Gentlemen. I have recently developed an issue in my zed and I think it my starter (ka-put). The car has stopped turning over, and the starter motor is going tick, tick, tick (one tick for each key turn) I have charged the battery Tried a second battery Checked the voltage at the battery Checked the voltage at the starter motor. So could it be the starter motor, or could there be something else in the bay that I should check first? Thank you in advance.

I spotted the brown one parked out the front of the yard, but still haven't seen the red one. Is it worth the 50k?

Oh and the stories fom japan are outsource from dino of speed hunters fame so Jason round has nothing to do with the airvent stuff up in the text. Zeds are coming back in a big way and I am pointing Jason in the right direction of some local Eda, but as a graphic artist there is only so much I can do. I have got a friends r31 coupe shot and is on the cards for a issue down the track.

Spotted a bre style z on a trailer being towed by a patrol (?) down Windsor road this morning. I know of one on this forum, sorry, not sure of the owners name. I gave you a quick two beeps and a wave. Looked awesome btw

Jolly Rogers in Dandy has a bunch of skylines in stock at the moment and they are $1 entry and remove it yourself.

I spent some time in the garage this evening which is a little funny, as I just went down to visit my Dogs. But I ended up relocating and tidying a whole mess of wires, removing a bunch of unwanted things and repainting the radiator. I am going to take the plunge and order a Cusco strut brace from Nengun to add a little to the engine bay. I also gave the bay a hose down to remove the layer upon layer of dust building up. I have also built the cardboard template of my oil catch can to where the battery used to sit. Now I just need the new leads and I can drive down to the paint shop for the engine bays new coat of paint.

The fuel filler looks fantastic! Great work on that and the tail lights.
