I certainly am a QLDer. Over the last few weeks I've learned some key bits of advice when it comes to managing your relationship with your zed and your partner. I'm lucky in the sense that the missus has a good sense of humour. Here are two instances where I spoke before I thought. I get home from work and say, 'I'm going out to the shed to play with the zed" Missus, "but I haven't seen you all day!" Me, "well the Zed hasn't seen me all week!" Another instance discussing the zed over tea, the missus says, "I can't believe I have to compete with a car for your attention" Me, "there is no competition, the car has already won" As I said, thank god my lovely missus (if she's reading this haha) has a sense of humour and we laughed it situations off. Anyway, he is some progress pics taken last weekend. All the carpets and fibre sound deadening is out and I almost had the dash out last night.

Considering it hadn't been started in 18 months it ran quite well with 0 advance and tickle of aerostart to get it fired up. It has a few pieces missing (door locks, chrome strips), presumably in Paul's big stock pile. Here are a few pics of the zed fresh off the car trailer. It's very handy when your best mate, who we will call 'Jim' , that you've know since girls had germs and cooties, owns a parts store and workshop and also is a dattophile into 1600s. Hi guys, I'm chasing a 260Z, doesn't have to be registered or have an engine, in the SE QLD area. I'm in Toowoomba so the closer the better. The plan is a ground up restoration so I'm not adverse to rust as long as its not in structural areas or the odd dent. Manual is preferred really only for the centre console and pedal box. As many panels, glass and interior pieces is preferred. Will pay cash and pick up. Be sure to tell your friends! PM for number if you have something or know someone.
