This was my exact line of thinking I'm hoping to find a brochure that lists all of the available sports options, that way I can use the width of the zg flares and anything else that suits my needs

I'm currently filling in a modification form and have got to the wheel size section. Can anyone tell me what the widest tyre and wheel option for a 240/260/280z was? The reason I ask is because the new rules for modification state I can only have a wheel 30% wider than standard.

If you want half decent sound and aren't worried about being concourse then replacing the speaker is a good thing

Hye guys, Just started cutting out rust from the Z. First part down is the panel where the tailgate rests. I have searched on the forums but the I think what im calling it isn't right!! I found it on MSA: http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/SBC1C02/30-7291 Not really all that interested in getting it from america. So before I go get one made does anyone know if they are made in OZ?

I know how you feel mate, mine was completely in pieces and had almost no bolts holding anything in...... including the seat/seatbelt and steering column!! Luckily, I had anticipated that it might well be in such a state so had a stash of cable ties and 200mph tape. I have a photo of the truck I followed home (No speedo and less likely to get pulled over while drafting a truck!) after getting off the boat, got him on the radio and informed him that his truck needs to be renamed to "Z'Guardian Angel"!

hey mate, I don't think there is such a thing as a rust free Z?! Unless its been restored. Also, just so you know (before lurch catches you) this should be in the wanted section not the for sale.

I can understand why the guys at hybrid are jumping up and down about it! However I'm more interested to see what the reaction of some of the other forums are!!

And people with money to fix rust every few months?! Having said that it does look pretty cool dumped on it's arse, even though it would be totally unusable unless you didn't car about the unibody!

Has anyone had any luck adapting the msa bullet mirrors to fenders? I know they are missing the stalk/spring setup but they are considerably cheaper than a single mirror on yahoo auction! The mirrors in question are: http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/OM03/50-1178

I had a guy at work say pretty much the same thing, he had it happen to him with his RX3. The main thing I am trying to bypass is the A pillar bars, the national code states they are not allowed to be there as a part of a roll cage. I want mine to be a chassis/unibody modification that can be used in conjunction with the roll cage but not as it primary purpose.

I haven't checked around for a price on a bonnet yet. Do nissan still stock them?
