Hi guys, The Tokico's have made such a huge difference compared to the worn out Koni reds that were in there. The car handles alot better but is a very harsh ride on the street even on the setting of 2 out of 5. I've driven a car with Koni yellows but can't really compare because it's been so long. The springs I'm using are unknown in terms of rating since they were on the car since the PO. They are slightly lower king springs and if you ask me they are fairly firm I would guess 200lbs + but have nothing to back it up. The biggest help has been since installing Recaro's before the ride was alot harder on myself and the passenger the seats have improved things dramatically. The let down now for me is the Tyres on the car. If I push the car hard enough it wants to stick but the tyres start to let go. Considering it cost me a total of ~$400 I'm very happy. *Seats not included

Evan I understand how you feel it's only been recently that I've had any money to spend on the Z. Everything else was just petty cash when I was a broke Uni student. You'll get there, keep your Z mate she's only got some rust in the doors like mine does. It would be hard to find a more original car for the price you paid. It just needs a good tidy up and it will look a million bucks.

Hey Evan, yes they did come on some of the early 240z's here but most owners removed them and placed them on the door. You might be lucky enough to source a set through a Nissan dealer. It would pay to have a part # handy though. I'd say your looking at $300 but pleasantly suprise me please :twisted: . I think Chrome looks nicer but it depends on your bumper color and that kind of thing. I think www.datsunrestore.com can get them for you.

All I can say is "WOW". You know I really need to keep my mouth shut everytime I mention what look I'm gonna do with my car you seem to go out and do it Sulio . I must say it looks unreal Flares here I come . Are you happy Sulio?

Hi there, I've never used them or heard about them until now. I've heard from a few people when it comes to door skins that they have trouble with getting them to align correctly. I'd be wary about such issues if I was going aftermarket, IMHO I would go genuine but that's just me I like things just so. If your in melbourne have you tried Zworx? Warren used to have heaps of front fenders hanging up I'm sure you could get a good second hand one that only requires a little work. Best of luck.

I didn't know you were moving to QLD shame about that as I never actually got to meet you even though I was at the Nationals this year.
