Ok, this for me was a very delicate decision. Lots of cheap rubbish rubber kits out there that are totally frustrating and fitting so be warned.

I bought OEM factory parts on line from a well known datsun ebay vendor, for F&R windscreen. These even have the Datsun hamburger logo on them and are genuine OEM. Suppose you might be able to source these from Nissan new too. Its worth it, the screens need to fit properly, and don't forget that trying to fit the chrome strips can and will be a nightmare if not a correct fit. For the main door rubber, I bought 'precision' brand. Its in a green plastic bag and is EXCELLENT. Have looked at it and its the correct part for your car.

So, look up Precision, and OEM Datsun. Cost will be better now because of the stong A$.

Good luck.

I tried to get new window seals today from Nissan, NLA even from Japan. All Z parts in Sydney have precision brand 1/4 window seals as I just for these for my build.

I'd agree with Adam, buy genuine to avoid any problems. Otherwise only fit brands known to be good quality and fitment.

I bought a set from a NZ importer via TradeMe about 5 yrs ago, cost then about 700 bucks NZ$$$, origin was from the USA.  Dunno if he's still around?

None of the sets then available in Australia included the quarter window seals, so actually weren't complete sets, & some bits like the door seals looked far too generic to me, just as some others have already found to their disappointment.

I'd get a set in from Motorsport Z Auto in the USA, tougher with the exchange rate I know but it's not worth trying to save 200 bucks & ending up with an installation that is quite unsatisfactory. Rubber stuff for car resto work is never cheap if it's any good & that is the fact of the matter.

BTW Motorsport Z Auto currently have their summer sale on until 21st Jan, so would be worth a look.
