Moving to Canberra in the new year so the parts car needs to start disappearing....

 

Pick up only from Upper Ferntree Gully ...  I don't have pics but you are welcome to pop around for a look.

260z 2+2 hatch with glass x 2                                    $40 $20

260z 2+2 doors with glass (some rust bubbles)    $40 ea $20 ea

 

260z 2+2 rear quarter glass                                  $10 ea

260z 2+2 back seat (needs top edge repair)        $20

260z 2+2 centre console good condition                $20

260z 2+2 door trims - excellent condition              $10ea

 

260z front guards - some rust at bottom edge                        $10

260z vented bonnet - in primer but rust holes - repairable      $10

 

Stock size (14x5.5) mags - 'turbine' style - no tyres                $40 for the set FREE

Stock size (14x5.5) mags - 'jellybean' style - no tyres              $80 for the set

Hi there!

 

I've been looking for the following items to give life to the 1974 260z 2+2 I bought recently:

 

1. wiper-signal switch assembly

2. Steering column cover

3. Chrome trimmings, especially the corner pieces

4. The rear quarter glass ( if it comes with the frames)

5. Front signal light assembly ( the curved ones under the bumpers)

6. Any of the rubber/weatherstrip parts that are in good condition

7. The rear brake lights and panel

 

I'm based in Sydney, and my car is in Malaysia, so I will try and figure out a transportation mode if you're able to help me out on any of these.

Ok, I've just found out that I need a center console, apparently mine got damaged when it was removed for chassis rebuild!

 

I will accept ur word on the condition of your console, as its impossible for me to come down at this time:-(

 

Please keep the console for me, as I am 100% taking that. Will wait for your reply on my previous post.

2. Steering column cover GOT IT. WILL PUT ASIDE FOR YOU.

3. Chrome trimmings, especially the corner pieces ALL MISSING FROM MY CAR SORRY.

4. The rear quarter glass ( if it comes with the frames) WILL PUT ASIDE FOR YOU.

5. Front signal light assembly ( the curved ones under the bumpers) NEEDED FOR MY 240

6. Any of the rubber/weatherstrip parts that are in good condition. THEY ARE ALL PRETTY SHOCKING.

7. The rear brake lights and panel. THESE HAVE ALREADY GONE.

Any chance you could box up the turbine mags for shipping? Do you have a pic? If you can box up I can organise shipping. Would also take glovebox lid, auto changer and sill guard if they would go in said box.

Hi,

Are you willing to cut metal sections from the shell?

 

I'm in need of the rear-most section of the right-rear quarter, as in the bit shown in the attached pic.

 

Not fussed about rust in the lower parts, even bad rust, as the main part I need is the section near the rear lights surround (mine is accident damaged with torn metal, etc)

 

Happy to come and remove it myself also if I can have access to power.

Hi folks,

 

The shell of the car (and any remaining parts on it) will come available in early December. If you want structural parts I would prefer if you took the whole shell.

Just so members know i now have the entire shell which came with;

 

L26 + Auto

R180 Diff

Turbine style wheels

I am looking at cutting the rear half off and sending the rest to scrap. Not much else is useable as i have gutted the rest of the vehicle.

It has a sunroof and the radiator support panel has been cut. Floorpans are ok. Rear roof is blistering from rust underneath.

Been a treasure chest to pick this one, can't thank you enough Ross. The rear i'll be making a trailer of, had an R180 diff from a 240Z, the spare E88 had cam tower shims and the front shocks are near new. Useful bits a pleanty.
