I priced freight from USA to send seat foams and covers $498 + $500 for parts so thats not gunna happen,, :-\  prices from local fella to repair and recover front seats $800.00 so that's definitely not gunna happen either. ebay S15 seats $430.00 very possible, but they are grey not not brown  what do you think has any body got a good set of dark brown seats for sale for my 260z, or do I put seat covers over the grey

I bought the MSA "40-2640E Upholstery Kit, Black, 70-71 240Z 1 $209.95" (2 seats) along with a few rubber seals in late 2010 and the shipping was $142.49 which I didn't think was too bad.  If I recall though the foam inserts are very bulky and did push the shipping up past $500. 

Are your foam inserts too far gone to reuse or even to use as patterns to carve new ones from yourself?  I gather it's messy but DIY doable.

Maybe find a car importer that can fit it in the container. Will take longer, but save you a bucket.

I had my seats redone with new MSA foams and covers, I might be selling them but not sure on price at this stage, probably will know for sure in about a week.

the covers  are shot and the seat foam is really flat, back rest foams are ok I have cheap racing seats in the car they are really hard to sit on, its difficult to get in and out cause I am an old guy 

Mossy what colour ??  and do the s15 seats fit I read someone used them

fwiw s15 seats aren't very fitted compared to say wrx/fd seats

 

and as far as i know s13-s15's share the same rails, so if you find someone putting 240sx seats into a zed that should answer your question

I installed not too long ago a set of Sparcos (r50 i think model), Sparco 3 point harnesses and nissan rails from a guy on Ebay. $1500 for seats, harnesses, rails new....

 

Certainly a lot more supportive and figure hugging. Looks the goods too
