Hmm front calipers don't look like R32 GTR calipers (non vspec as they have Brembo) to me look like R32 GTST type M items to me.

This is what R32 GTR calipers look like

I would absolutely love this car!

But yes from what i can tell those are gtst brakes, at least in appearence. I used to have a gtst type m and they looked identical.

So did anyone enquire? Just saw the ended ad now...

Must be the same guy from Tweakit Performance in Mona Vale that owns/built the blue 20B 240z

I wonder if it's his car or a customers that gave up?

Either way i have had wet dreams about this conversion only if i had the $$$$$

The blue 20b 240z is my car LOL.

Tweakit did the base tuning to get it drivable for rego but they didn't build it.

The car in the add is Justin from Tweakit's car, saw it a couple of years ago when they tuned my car. The car looked fairly solid, but only had a quick look.

Not sure about it using the factory twin turbo's. When I mocked up my engine they didn't clear the rails by about 50mm. They are a tight fit in a RX7 and there rails are around 100mm wider appart.

This is an engine combo i'd be keen on when i get my zed. Would you recommend it to anyone else or just too much hassle?

I would recommend it but I have always loved rotaries. There hasn't been any real hassles at all, no worse than any other engine swap.

Just passed Rego for the third time without a problem. It uses a bit more fuel but it isn't to bad considering the power it has. My last trip from Coffs Harbour to Newcastle used a little over a tank and that is with two people and the back filled to the roof with luggage.

My engine starts easily, does not over heat and is very responsive. Also it has an exhaust note like no other engine.

I have owned 4 rotary cars over the last 15 years and if you look after them they are fine.

The parts for the swap are around half again on top of a RB25det swap and if you cant do a lot of the work yourself it is going to be very expensive.
