Either 225-50 16 or 215/225 45 17. If I can get some at a good price, I'd be very happy.

Wasn't there a guy here on the forum selling 225/50/16's for $50-100 each?

Yes but the ones I had were flat spotted and had plenty of heat cycles through them. Realised the best lap times I did with a zed were with nice fresh new rubber and  slower car.

Another tremendous day at my home track.

Was really pleased with my last session. My last 5 laps were really consistent, within 0.6 sec .

I still seem to do my best times with a full tank of fuel, I wish I new more about car setups.

Introduced myself to Ash ,but worse luck his day ended badly, I'm pretty sure due to someone else making a driving error, so didn't get to  have a good yarn like I wanted.

It's amazing how I can combine racing with my farming , 4 times I went onto the dirt/grass just to checkout soil conditions before i started sowing canola the next day...lol

Yer was good to catch up, sorry a left in a bit of a bad mood after crashing dads car into the back of a clubman. Was really just a case of wrong place at wrong time. Congrats on winning on the day :) I still got 3rd with only a few laps.

The car will live to fight another day, just need to convince dad to let me drive it again!

Sorry to here that Ash. Hope you can get her fixed with not to much fuss. Your dad will forgive you, but never forget. He will give you the odd reminder every now and then. Good luck with it Ash.

ash , can u workout what class we are actually in.Each round I seem to be in a different class against all sorts of cars .On Sunday we were up against a Mitsu. Magna which looked pretty stock, number 95.

So far I have been in class R, M and a group called 'clubman carsover 1999cc, cars on slicks and nominated cars'

Also, how do we know our standings as the year progresses, is there a MSCA site which informs us of our positions and class.

I only found out on Sunday, after talking to Karen from NDSOC, that points scored thoughout the year go towards the NDSOC motorsport awards.

Bugggered if I can workout their system, if it is the fastest time on the day, then why ,when we competed at SAndown it became the average of the fastest two laps .

I feel like Sargent Shultz from Hogans Heroes ...."I know Nothhhiiiiing "

Type msca into google and it will get you to the msca website :)

The reson you were in a different class in sandown is that you would of been running semi slicks to run there not slicks as they were not allowed of some reson ?..

That's why I could not run the Lancia

In the ndsoc we are in a different class but in msca we are in the over 1999 class :)

But yer it's is very confusing lol
