I was in fits of ecstacy reminiscing about 2.4 litre Grunter L20B engines on 48dcoe webets with nice torquey 74 degree works grind cams, oh bejebuz, these things sound so horn in the forests of Australia In a Z, set well back and lowdown in engine bay( dry sump) After all a Z with one f these would be about the same weight as a rally prepped Datsun 1600 Pete Mc, what's Mr Collins's next project??? Has anyone ever gone the four cylinder route?? And NO i'm not smoking stuff, or chroming my avgas, again!! Quote

Even a 13B REW from an FD RX-7 could be built to 400-500HP on a street port with a single turbo like a GT35R or T04Z and would make the Z deadly fast. I've thought about it many times. 20B would sound the best though! Quote
