Corsa224 Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 Hi, I'm running a l28 block with triple carbs, Just wondering whwt you guys do with you crack case vent pipes? Quote
Roberto Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 Since you are no longer running the PCV system, just have the rocker cover breather and block vented to the atmosphere. The neatest way is to run both hoses to an oil catch can that is vented to the atmosphere. Quote
luvemfast Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 As Roberto said, these should really go to a catch can. Then vent from there Quote
nizm0zed Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 looking in the year model of the 260 in your sig, to keep it legal you need to vent it back into the intake system. Run both into a catch can (stuffed full of steel wool) then vent the catch can into one of your air filter assemblies. Quote

Jason89 Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 I have my crankcase breathers vented to atmosphere, it stinks really bad. My engine has really bad blowby, but its something to keep in mind. Ill be venting the breather back into the airbox / filter when i make it up. Quote
