I meant to say... when i accellerate and then back off my rear swaybar is rubbing against my prop shaft? All seems to be mounted correctly i have used a fresh batch of super pro bushes on the swaybars. But my rear swaybar is very close to the prop shaft. Does anyone have a good fix for this? Moderators Zedman240® Posted April 17, 2011 Moderators Posted April 17, 2011 Is it an original sway bar or aftermarket? and how good is your front diff mount? Quote
Graedat Posted April 17, 2011 Author Posted April 17, 2011 Standard swaybar for a 77 260z 2 seater. I have removed the strap on the diff and replaced it with a cradle and chev tranny mount. I have picks somewhere but need to hunt them down. So the diff dosent move much but it has always been close to the swaybar even with the strap? G Quote

MaygZ Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 Your sway bar is upside down or the chevy mount is too long or a bar mount is broken, or a uni in your driveshaft is broken or your chassis is broken and the whole car is folding in half under load.
