Anyone have a link to the magazine website or where this magazine can be bought?

For mine it's a nice car but nothing special. The panel fit is atrocious and it's still pretty heavy. The interior is a bit too much being over function for mine. When you read the article what it promises and what was done is a bit of a letdown, basically what would be done in glass to save weight has been done in expensive fancy carbon and then the body wrapped in vynal.

My race car has better panel fit and the guards are held on by 3 bolts each. Weight wis e mine is 960kg and the only panel not steel is the bonnet.

There are plenty of S30's over here that are much better. Shaun's 260 for one comes to mind as a street car and Peter MAC's weapon for a track car. What we do to our cars here I find is generally better than what is done OS. One case in point is the map spec cages that look like one huge mouse trap ready to collapse on you with all the bends in the middle of nowhere and no bracing.

Maybe a few of our cars should be put forward to show how it should be done?

Its actually just Performance Imports now, they dropped the high for some reason.

Dropping the 'high' came from my lawyers, they didn't want the law suit from having to compete with my car ;D ;D

Hi

Just got the mag and have to agree with PZG302.

Especially when it reads like they are taking credit for Arizona Z car suspension.

Ive seen much better cars here than that.

Engine though is a different kettle of fish ,That looks superb and I'm assuming

NZeders will be the same? Isn't he doing a webered rb26?

Regards

Paul

Bit disappointed to read that it wasn't a full carbon skin. Also thought it was funny when they said "Thick steel panels". They are pretty thin when I try and weld them, ha. ;D

It's a great Zed but have to agree with PZG302 & Ledge.

But remember it's the writer of the article not Rocky or the owner claiming it's the "greatest Z in existence".

It's certainly not super-light (I think from memory BenZeds is lighter?)

The mere mention of "three central airvents have been converted to house the Omori gauges" alone shows how much the writer of the article actually knows about Zeds.

Would I want this Zed in my driveway? For sure  ;D

They made the same comment in one of the earlier mags... I guess they haven't had time for much research?

I'm happy to get them up and featured on this site.

Hey Garvice go down to the Kedron shops, the newsagent there has copies. Good to see 240's in these mags more, can only be good for us and gives them the attention they deserve.

Oh and the stories fom japan are outsource from dino of speed hunters fame so Jason round has nothing to do with the airvent stuff up in the text. Zeds are coming back in a big way and I am pointing Jason in the right direction of some local Eda, but as a graphic artist there is only so much I can do. I have got a friends r31 coupe shot and is on the cards for a issue down the track.
