I am lookin' for a clean O5L head. This is the head from the L20ET engine. Don't need nothin' but the head, no need for cam, valves, cover...

You will have to ship 'cos I live in France. I had heads coming from Uncle Sam easily I don't think it can be harder coming from your place!

Being a L20 ET and assuming it is to remain a turbo, it will have the smaller diam dished pistons for lower comp, the best head for this guy application would be a stock P90 with it 53 cc chamber volume, then he could screw boost up to a happy medium.

 

Yeah never heard of O5L, unless of course it is a French acronym for an old oil cap

We have N42, E88, P90, E31 etc etc

What is an "05L" head?  ???

As he stated - L20ET head - common here in NZ - not so in OZ from the sounds of it...well they used to be easy to find here in NZ but like most stuff L6 these days 30-40 years old getting harder and harder to find.

 

EDIT: I know a guy that might have one or two, I will ask him via email and get back to you via PM if he does.

I have one here available on my HR30 (L20et) , but I was holding onto it until I could find a decent L28 or L24 to play with.

 

Prices for finding engines fluctuate so much, its hard to put a dollar value on it.
