zeds4ever Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 Anyone know how to clear/remove scuff marks off aftermarket plastic head light covers. Please don't suggest remove or replace them, they are to bloody xpensive to do that. Also marks are not severe. Regards: Alan. Quote
twosixty Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 Plastic polish. Mothers do one. Time consuming but it works. Quote
luvemfast Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 Meguires also have a product. Have a look at their website, they have instructional videos. Quote
Mr240z Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 I just went though this with repairing my motorbike after an acco. Plastic polish is just an ultra ultra fine polish that take forever to polish anything out after 1/2 hour of polishing the face on my speedo to get brake fluid marks off it going no where fast I went and got my Kittens cut & polish off the shelf and 5 mins later it was brand new again. Plastic polish what a waste of $18 and hard labour. Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted January 12, 2011 Moderators Posted January 12, 2011 +1 with the car polish; used it many times polishing the gauge lenses and they come up like new. Usually two applications and it's done. Quote
