also has anyone used a transport company that's willing to pick up a undriveable car full of part from location and bring to a melbourne depot?

i don't know anything about the car, but it looks like a very good start to me.  you should be able to get it home for about a grand, maybe even less, so it looks like a viable project to me.

Hey mate, I'm pretty busy atm but I could possibly have a look at it next weekend or the weekend after? Don't know how good my eye is but I have been around z cars for 8 years. I can take my camera too. If you need someone to go have a look sooner I'm sure some of our other brissy members might chuck their hand up.

flying up there is going to cost me about $300 + accom, so i might as well bolt the trailer onto the ute and drive up!
