Yes, Pauly (Mr240Z) had a bit of a woopsie on his autocycle & has ended up breaking/fracturing 4 wrist bones and 4 long finger bones.

Get well ASAP mate - though I get the feeling it may take a while to recover...

Yes I messed up again, I've done some big damage to my hand and wrist and pretty

 

much the rest of my body.

 

I'll bounce back after 6 months rehab (so the doc says) Rossi done it in 4 weeks
