Hi everybody,

Just like to say my introductions to you all.

Currently as I write this I have a 260Z coming from Melbourne to Perth and I'm hoping it

will be in my hands on Friday, perfect timing for the WA Z car register weekend!

Hope to meet you all online or in person locally. So far this site has been very helpful and informative

and there seems to be a nice level of maturity.

Once I get my hands on the devil I'll post up a little members thread.

Thanks

Ray.

To be honest I'm not sure.

Some of the Melbourne guys may have seen it before.

Its a red 260z with Koeing Rewinds around the St Kilda area.

Hmmm I wonder why its taking so long to get it from VIC to WA.

Its Friday and its been 1 and a half weeks already since I've seen

my beloved Z (I think i'm falling in love with her/caught the bug)

Welcome, its good to see another noob here. I have fallen in love with mine and have yet to take delivery of it either.

So I sit staring at my models while looking up photos on the web instead.

You know what Zedman, I'm positive that is mine! :)

Red 260

Tinted windows

Koeing rims

Silver/chrome side mirrors

and I can just barley see a front lip at the front

I truly would say that is mine. Great Spotting from Sirpent.

Unfortunately that will be the only time I will see the car until it arrives. I just phoned the transport

company and the eta looks to be closer to mid next week than today. It was picked up a fair while ago on the 10th! I was really hoping to go to the WA register this weekend with the Z.

When I spotted it, it was headed towards the ring road which heads down to the Hume (Towards Sydney) otherwise it would have taken my exit to the Calder and headed in the general direction towards the West, I'd say that it was probably a local transporter heading to a depot in Camberfield where it would have been loaded onto an interstater in which case it would have sat around all weekend in a compound and left LATE Monday towards the evening.

Just a guess.

Cheers

John

Just thought i would pop in and say welcome, being a new member myself just reading through all the topics myself, and loving it, What was only going to be a few minutes has turned into the best part of the day :)

Myself i am from gero, but plan to try and make myself welcome at the most club events i can in perth, even if my stock standard 280z may get a image problem parked next to some of the beasts i am seeing in the galley section.
