l26 turbo on evilbay

hey guys ive put a bid in for this motor http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140375100751

and given my past experiance with buying engines (rb20 sohc) i think i better ask you guys if you can spot anything stupid about me thinking this could be a good engine to buy to do up or just use the manifold on my current l26?

The exhaust manifold is designed for a draw through system , if you want to run fuel injection you are going to struggle with it as the turbo is sitting to high

the turbo manifold is cracked. If it has cracked once there is a fair chance it will crack again I wouldnt pay $200 for this motor just for the manifold

If you want a spare engine, then go for it.

However, if you want a turbo L-series, there's better ways to go about it...
