Bigge Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 Model: 260z 2+2 1974 Location: Brisbane-Ashgrove Item Condition: Was very good - pre the Brisbane floods in May 2009. Yes this car has taken a bath and now has some silt on the inside. I haven’t touched it since May. Body: Small amount rust on the rear guards. Very minor rust elsewhere. Mechanical: Like I’ve said, she was a great car, driven once a month as a Sunday driver, until May. Registration: No longer registered. Extra Info: This was an immaculate car on the inside. All interior is there with minimal wear. Seats, 100% intact. The fonts seats were re-vinyled a few years back. No cracking or weathering. Currently have wool seat covers on them. Doors, straight, no rust. Drivers side door was replaced around 2000, and it cost me $500 back then! Dash was restored. Looked sensational. orange-Z Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 Had a look at it yesterday avo. Very tempted. This with my parts car would make a very nice runner. Just don't have the time or space at the moment. Rusted through in drivers door sill and paint has many small bubbles. Underneath looked solid based on a short look. Will post some more photos of the outside later. Quote
Bigge Posted December 11, 2009 Author Posted December 11, 2009 I have had some private emails with offers below the asking price and some offers for parts which are just not going to happen - sorry. I’ve received an offer of $1000 from a contact outside of this forum. At the present time this is a verbal contract. Quote

Bigge Posted January 3, 2010 Author Posted January 3, 2010 Sold and gone. The kid who bought it was over the moon and knew he'd just snapped up a bargain. Next time you see a bargain don't mess around for a few $$$. Quote
mtopxsecret6 Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 haha, thats funny, im sure the guys on here know whats a bargain, and what needs more work than whats its worth. I think mine was more a bargain. Quote
