well not much happened on the zed this weekend, We were hard at it getting the new shed up. Here's some pics

Haha this sheds allready full! we've made room for 6 cars and have the middle section clear for the hoist/benches and what not. And we stillllll have cars that will be left out haha i think the old man is putting in an order for another later down the track.

Hey alllllll, its been awhile since my last post. Ive changed my mind on using the Rb25 ive got here. Ive since bought an RB30 block which ill be wacking a rb26 head onto. Not alot of progress with the motor at the moment, just purchased a Nitto oil pump and forged H-beam rods for it and doing a bit of work to the block/crank, Ill get some pics up when i pull my finger out. No work on the body as of yet. Still finishing the shed off, Just needs concrete now

Good choice on the engine.  There's a couple of guys I race against running 25/30's and both are producing huge reliable horsepower.

I probably wont be chasing huge horsepower, Aiming for somewhere around the 400-450 mark which ive got out of these quite easily.

Soooo, The shed is finallly done (no power yet though). So i've got myself motivated and mate a start on striping the zed. I'll post up some pics of my progress after my long weekends efforts

Here's a few pics of where i'm up to at the moment. Ive just bought new floorpans for it and i'm going to make some new rails for it. When i get back from europe mid july i'll probly get the inside soda blasted and finish the outside at the same time. I know its only a track car but i'd still like to get the body fairly reasonable.

Well the sheds just about completed so now we can actually do some work on the cars. As you can see ive cut a fair bit of the front out, Could'nt really save anything it was completely rusted out with bits and peices welded in here and there with alot of bog. I've just bought a rotissarie so once i pick that up this week hopefully i can get it on there over the next weekend and get some pics up. Cheers

Picked up the head for the RB30 today...

 

Still waiting for the rotisserie to turn up so i can put the shell om. Hopefully it turns up before the weekend.

Well the rotisssarie arrived on thursday, set it all up that night and got the car on after work today. Also started to attack a bit of rust as you can see.
