Well here's a hard to get tip for anyone setting up a new cam or reco engine.

Chris manufactures lash pads for L series head from 130 thou to 300 thou in 10 thou increments. They are $7.70 per lash pad

 

Chris is the manufacturing source of most Australian lash pads/shims and sells them on to other businesses so save some dollars when you rebuild and give him a call.  Go to the source Luke.

I assume cam tower shims but then assume does make an ASS-out of U-and ME

Sorry I amended it.  Lash pads in Datto speak; not cam tower spacers; but I would like to know who makes them.
