Not interested in pitted / broken / rusted or damaged stuff. Am scouring the web with some successes, but if you have any of these and are in Australia, lets talk. Pls PM me !! Alternatively, if you have a good source for these parts, please let me know. - passenger side clear blinker light (under bumper) - door escucheons (chrome) - 260Z hood vents - pass side exterior door handle in VGC - dog leg interior trim (black) - factory straps for parcel tray - interior plastic trim kit plus mounting screws - Light unit that sits above the rear number plate - rubber bits ... basically a complete rubber sealing kit. - spare wheel / tool kit / jack / wheel chocks - spare wheel cover (timber circular thing - or pattern for) - full carpet kit (OEM style). Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers Quote
C.A.R. Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 I'd be calling Warren at AllZparts in Sydney for all that stuff... Quote
fufu Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Hi, Some advice for you as I did this about 12 months back for my project 240z. It's worth looking overseas for some parts. You might find some really good deals. Even though I bought a lot of the parts when the $AUD was pretty high. Some of the places here in Australia especially the wreckers were charging pretty much the same price for a used part. Small things like stoppers and switches and nick-nacks can be found overseas as NOS and are quite cheap. Especially the rubber kit, I bought my kit for about $250 from the US when Aussie suppliers were selling the same kit for over $800 (Once again have to take into account the $AUD). I remember I sourced a lot of my parts from eBay, with direct contact with some sellers and getting them to source it for me. Ebay username "Stockcuz" and "reddat" are among my most nick-nack suppliers. I made a mistake buying a few parts from Aussie wreckers when i first started my project. Then discovered eBay is a wonderful networking tool. Harder to source products can be sourced here via wreckers as prices are quite similar. E.g. if you have a busted light control assembly. Quote

acf321 Posted April 16, 2009 Author Posted April 16, 2009 when u coming over Pauly ... I need some moral support ?? Out of 10 how good is this rubber kit ?? as in does it look / feel and work like OEM ? Last thing you want on a 10k paint job is crap rubber right Quote
Mr240z Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Adam I,ve been driving the Zed for the last 10 years (owned it 15 years) with the original old hardened rubbers. So when some F#%kwit smashed my front and rear windscreens and some other panel beating he done I had to replace the windscreen rubbers. So I checked with Warren at allzeds and the F/R seals where $160 each and i could buy a complete kit from the states for $325us delivered so thats what i did.. I,d say 9.5/10 for fittment but am 10/10 happy with it.. p.s my 240z is a daily and I hammer the shite out of it everyday and it looks it.. Mate catch up soon even if the Sydney Zed boys take a cruise up to you, There's only 3 to 4 of us and are all great guys.. Quote
acf321 Posted April 16, 2009 Author Posted April 16, 2009 ok ... just looking at Blackdragon ... literally can build a new car with their inventory ... Let me know when you plan on doing this as the car will likely be in the shop ... Panel beater is coming over to my house this sat morning at 7.15am to have a look and discuss the job... I'm going full bare metal madness, panel align, rustproof etc etc !! With the parts, think i'll try one or two non-oem items and see how they go. Then I can get confident and order a whole lot. Quote
