bluerat Posted April 13, 2009 Author Posted April 13, 2009 No prob's, SWR's in the front running at the moment although I have to talk to the man at Ross, my Holdensix loving mate tells me theres a SA company that I should follow up and Simon from Powerplay is also on the list..... I know its a long shot but does part number RA2799 ring any bells for pistons, I was told they were RB30, but they have 4 valve flycuts in them. I've checked ACL, Wisco, Arias etc but no match? I will most likley use something else, but its handy to know what was in it? Cheers. Quote

You'd probably gain a killer wasp or two by changing from a large one to a small one. Just tidying up the other day after a few brews and thought I'd had too many but they were all definetly different sizes. Quote

Riceburner Posted June 21, 2010 Posted June 21, 2010 It's actually two separate pieces that bolt together so I can't see why a double groove pulley couldn't be used. Try Len Brennan or Robco, you may be special enough to machine up something yourself Simon Quote

The pulley looks datsunish :-\ and it has a central locating ring/lip/step that is a machined to fit the centre bore of the 8 inch BMW balancer (Like a wheel hub), then theres 10 high tensile (12.9) bolts keeping them together. Sorry if my engineering talky is confusing It's hard to put it in laymans terms Quote
