If you don't cut them you could always put a lift kit on the car to go for the 4x4 look.  :) ;)

If your not gonna cut them your option will be to have only a little bit of suspension travel and go really hard on the rears.

I've always thought that the Japanese cars that don't have them cut look like they sit high off the ground. I personally think it looks cheesy. If you want to get the right look just cut em. Don't stress it's a Datsun not a ferrari. And I've always thought if anybody with cut guards was that keen to get them looking stock again just put the mulla aside and get them welded back. It's sheet metal man, not diamonds.

ive the bolt on flares on mine and have been told that the original arches have not been cut. now, others have mentioned how the jap boys put in hard springs and raise the arse so the wheels wont hit the arch.

just realised that mine does have a slightly high arse and would prefer her to sit lower, but im not sure how hard the ride is.

ive only been told that the arches are intact. i have not received the car yet so cannot find out any more. but after reading some comments, she feels like its sitting high. maybe thats the look, maybe its because of the arches. id like the wheels to fill her out. make it look "phat" as they say in the hood!

@mayhem, ill check out that gallery later
