240z71 Posted February 27, 2017 Author Posted February 27, 2017 Haha. Thought i would get asked that. I build new engine mounts and modified the crossmember to go with it. I decided to move the engine back about 3 inches but then needed to know how much sump clearance there should be as i never had a standard configuration to measure off it aslo doubled as a measurement to make sure i have the engine at the hieght. thus the reason for this post. In the photos the crossmember isnt finished ive still got to gusset and finish off some welding but should be enough to answer your question hopefully. Thanks heaps Quote
