Wtb: 240Z Accel Pedal And Linkage Setup (Help Me Before I Burn My Car Down)

hi fellas

 

i converted to a cable accelerator setup a year ago as my then carbs were set up for a cable. new carbs in now still using the cable but it seems to be real shit in ways which I don't really want to explain. 

 

So i would like to hunt down a factory set of 240z linkages and an accelerator pedal.

But is a 240-style linkage set actually going to fit with your new carbs? It's a series of ball joints set at 90 degree angles with the end section sized to slot in between the pair 240Z carbs.??

You just cut and shorten (weld) the end section/rod arm to turn the end of the triple carb linkage bar. I had cable too, but went back to linkage.
