d3c0y Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 (edited) Hi Guys, I am selling my complete R180 LSD package: Subaru STi 4.44 R180 Mechanical LSD - Imported from Japan with around 100,000km on the clock from memory. Billet 4340 clip in stub axles (these are not the crappy Wolf Creek Racing nasty ones). Heat treated to 40-43 Rockwell hardness, double draw on the heat treat as well. Rebuilt axles with solid centre unis (un-used still in the bubble wrap) R180 Mustache bar with urethane bushes New genuine Subaru front seal Fresh Castrol LSX90 oil All you need is your old R180 pinion flange, which you can unbolt from your old diff and bolt on to this one. I ground off some of the casting dags and painted both diff and mustache bar in gloss black, but the panel beater got a bit of over spray on it. It's still clean at least. This diff came out of a 2000 model WRX STi, so is significantly newer than most LSD options for zeds out there. Located in Brisbane asking $2000.00 Edited October 2, 2016 by d3c0y Gtv240z 1 Quote
locklock Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Hi decoy, I have sti 3.9 diff. Is it possible to change the gearing to 4.1 or higher? Quote
260DET Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 Sounds like a great package, lighter than a R200 too, they are often overkill. Quote
d3c0y Posted October 7, 2016 Author Posted October 7, 2016 I can't believe there are no takers on this. Mechanical subi diffs are hard to find and not to mention all the waiting for the components to arrive from overseas... Quote
Iceberg Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 I can't believe there are no takers on this. Mechanical subi diffs are hard to find and not to mention all the waiting for the components to arrive from overseas... Tempting. Are you coming for a drive to Melbourne anytime soon? Quote
d3c0y Posted October 7, 2016 Author Posted October 7, 2016 No but it doesn't that much to courier it. They go to Melbourne pretty regularly. Quote
garvice Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Probably just lots of us without funds mate. I'd buy for the 1600 but just can't justify the buy at this stage. Do you laybuy ? Quote
