oldmates260z Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 Has anyone had a good or bad experience with buying wheel and tyre packages off eBay? I have been getting pricing off this mob at Ferntree Gully that seem OK. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/201240754047 Quote
PZG302 Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 Foe $5 more Option 1 at Hamilton can sell you a set of Rotas and they will test fit to make sure all is well. Thay can also supply a range of tyres to suit and do a wheel alignment to set the car up. They are very competitive on tyre price and the wheel alignment that is done is much better than a high turnover franchise where old school cars aren't the norm. Quote
44014 Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 I can tell you 15x9 -10 will not fit though... And won't fill a flare Quote

Perfect, I was looking for options and the internet always takes me interstate. PB you are 100% correct, face to face is so much better. Is this the mob? http://www.option1garage.com.au/NewWheels.htm You sure they are only $900/set? Thanks 4014, they were offering me the correct offset, this was just a base price. Quote
PZG302 Posted February 16, 2015 Posted February 16, 2015 I was close, $960 for 15x9 and up and $840 a set up to 8" wide for 15's. But they still offer the option of drive in and drive out plus you can try different wheels on the car. Quote
