They ffer a Door to Depot service, you then just pick it up from a local Brisbane depot. They are cheap, and can be unreliable in pick up times. Be about same price a a slab of hipster upmarket p1ss, ie not VB! Quote

Only had a chance to call for one quote this morning from Toll Couriers who quoted ~$150... I estimated 40kg for gearbox (71b), tailshaft and stock flywheel... if anyone had a better indication of weight that might also help! Quote

Alexander, the box will weigh apprpx 44 kg, flywheel apprpx 14 kg, tailshaft apprpx 10 kg, ask if sender can atleast put the lot onto a small skd/mini pallet, if not, you may have to do it as individual items. ( i take the bloke out at Walloon didnt have anything avail atm?) Quote
theremm Posted December 17, 2014 Author Posted December 17, 2014 Ok 44kg good to know, thanks. E-go's prices were pretty reasonable, $55/60 for door to door delivery (not depot pickup)! Looking like that will be way to go... Didn't end up checking again with Paul as he previously said he had predominantly 280 boxes and the 260s he did have he was not sure of the ratios... The gearbox I have found down in melboune claims to be a CR 260, according to the bloke he bought it off previously... so a bit of a gamble but a gearbox nonetheless Quote
